libjopendocument-java software package provides pure Java library for OASIS Open Document files manipulation, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjopendocument-java
libjopendocument-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjopendocument-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjopendocument-java *
You will get with libjopendocument-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
